Policies

GRADING POLICY:

A grade: 1-2 minor flaws only visible on close inspection, such as very slight under fill/overfill or very small bubbles or specks. No pin is entirely perfect as they are hand-crafted, but these are the best of the batch! 

B grade: Noticeable flaws such as larger specks/stray enamel, scratches, but still not very noticeable at arms length.

C grade: Major flaws-- very noticeable at arms length, including missing or discolored enamel, larger scratches, & very noticeable flaws on the face.

Ungraded: Any pins with noticeable defects that detract from the overall design will be pulled & only the best of the batch will go out.

The backs of pins will not be graded with the exception of loose posts. 

SHOP POLICY: 
 
The following are the terms you agree to when purchasing from my shop: 

• Please do not buy pins with the sole intent of reselling or scalping. 
• Please do not sell pins for more than 1.5x list price for the first 45 days. 
• Please do not pre-trade or pre-sell pins that you do not have in-hand. 
• I reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.  
• In the unfortunate case of a stolen package that has been marked as 'Delivered', I am unable to offer any reimbursement or replacement. 

ADDRESS CHANGES, COMBINED SHIPPING, DROP-BUDDIES: 
 
• Please submit address changes as soon as possible by emailing me at [email protected]. Once your package has been shipped, I am unable to change its destination & will be unable to offer a refund or replacement. 
• Multiple orders of in-hand pins to the same address will automatically be combined prior to shipping.
• Please do not order pre-orders with in-hands or your pins will not ship until the pre-order has arrived
• You may only buy one of each LE pin. If you are drop-buddying, please let me know ASAP, preferably beforehand, or your order will be refunded. You may write in the notes or send me an email. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: 
 
• Cancellations are not available, including in the case of a pre-order. While I understand circumstances change, the money from pre-orders goes to the payment to initiate production. 
• Orders may be refunded due to production issues, over-sale of in-hand products, or violation of shop policy. 
• Partial refunds or exchanges may be issued if you have a problem with your order or have recieved damaged goods.
